Fanö is and HSB condemonium in Kista 10 km northwest of Stockholm. Our buildings lay close to Järvafältet with playgrounds, nurseries, schools and more. Only five minutes walk away is Kista Galleria with over 100 shops, restaurants and cinemas. Kista Galleria is open 10am to 9 pm every day.

In Kista Galleria you can take the subway to T-Centralen in 15 minutes, or you can take one of the busses wich will get you to the major part of västerort, and there are flight buses to both Bromma and Arlanda airports. Kista lays in between E4 and E18 wich makes access to and from Kista easy if you travel by car.

All the apartments in the condemonium are supplied 250/100 megabit per second broadband from Telenor wich is included in your monthly fee. VoIP is also included. Cable-TV is provided by Tele2 and the digital basic channels are included in your monthly fee.

Fanö has two laundry rooms (at Sorögatan 57 and 93). These are available for use by all residents at Fanö and are booked by a phone application, on the web or at the digital dash boards in the stairs. The doors to the stairs are locked 24/7 and a key tag is needed to unlock. However you can program a temporary code that will work for two hours.At night the security company Securitas are patrolling the area.

There are parking spaces and garages that the residents may rent. Contact HSB to place in line for these.
