Garage and parking spaces

On either side of the terrace houses, there are guest parking lots managed by Aimo Park.

Parking ban

Please note that along Sorögatan parking is prohibited. Parking is also not allowed at the ends of Fyngatan and Sorögatan. Parking in front of the gates will block emergency services from accessing the properties and is therefore not allowed.

Rent a garage or parking space

In Brf Fanö there are both parking spaces outside as well as garage spaces and motorcycle spaces under our terrace houses. In the garage, there are also a few charging posts for electric cars. On either side of the terrace houses, there are guest parking spaces managed by Aimo Park.

The outdoor parking spaces have a fair turnover, although we cannot promise a maximum length of waiting time. The garage spaces are very popular and there is a long queue to get a space there. There is also a limit of a maximum of two spaces per apartment, of which a maximum of one may be a garage space.

The distribution looks like this:

• 179 parking spaces outside (SEK 300/month)
  • 134 in the large car park along Sorögatan
  • 45 on the other side of Fyngatan under the subway
• 50 garage spaces (SEK 600/month)
  • 31 under Sorögatan 67
  • 19 under Sorögatan 95
• 8 charging spaces (SEK 850/month + electricity consumption)
  • 4 under Sorögatan 67
  • 4 under Sorögatan 95
• 6 MC spaces (SEK 250/month)
  • 1 under Sorögatan 67
  • 5 under Sorögatan 95

The queues for the spaces are managed by HSB via their portal which you can reach at hsb.se. Log in to “Mina sidor”, and click on “Min bostad” in the menu at the top, followed by “Mina köer” in the menu on the left. There you will find information on how to apply for the various queues. If you have questions about how to do it, contact HSB Stockholm.

When a space becomes available, you will receive an email, and you can choose to apply for that place. It will go to the one with the most queue days. An agreement is then drawn up with HSB and you receive an access date.
